Dr. Lara Thompson
Naturopathic medicine saved my life and helped my mom at the end of her life fueling my passion to help as many people as possible find relief from suffering and health struggles.
I like to think of myself as a doctor practicing medicine balanced in science and heart. I've worked in the medical and health services related field since 2001, starting off as a family support case worker in an emergency room then as a medical case worker for HIV positive adults. I left the social services field to pursue a career in medical research involved with clinical trials for HIV prevention, treatment, and reproductive health.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family and my rescue dogs, cozied up on the couch with a book, watching a movie, or spending time outside in the beautiful PNW!
All ages, identities, and conditions are welcome in my practice.
Some of the many concerns that I have helped patients improve:
chronic pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, TMJ, CRPS
