have a fever
cough
shortness of breath
been around someone that has tested positive for COVID
have recently travelled outside WA or been near or travelled in high risk COVID areas
Coming to the Clinic
Arrival and Waiting Room
Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your appointment
Maximum of 3 people in the waiting room at one time
If you open the door to the clinic and see more than 3 people in the waiting room, please let front desk staff know that you will be sitting in a chair in the hall right outside the clinic or front desk staff can call you on your phone if you'd rather wait in your car
Visitors and Family
Please come to your appointment alone so that we can maintain social distancing in our waiting room
If you require assistance to get to your appointment, a visitor can sit outside the clinic in the hall or wait in the car
Face Coverings
Given the recent state mandate, all persons over the age of 4 coming in to the clinic are required to wear a face covering
Some people may not be able to wear a face covering due to medical conditions. Please let us know if you fall into this category or are unable to acquire a face covering.

Upon entering the clinic please use the hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the restroom
Contactless temperature checks of those coming in to the clinic will start soon
1 person allowed at the front desk at a time
Curbside Supplement Pickup
Call ahead to make sure we have your supplements in stock and you can pay over the phone, drive to the clinic, and let us know when you arrive via phone call. We will be happy to bring supplements out to your car.
Virtual Visits
Virtual appointments with the doctors will continue to be available .

Cancellation Policy Reminder
Compassion goes hand in hand with providing great patient care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen.
Please call the clinic with at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 10:00 a.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $40 for the missed appointment.
Clinic Hours
We continue to be closed on Mondays - if you are scheduled to see Jim, Susan, or Mike please contact them directly for appointments that fall outside of Tuesday through Friday business hours.

Recipe:
Flourless Brownie Cookies (Keto, Paleo, Vegan, and Gluten/Wheat Free)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar free powdered sugar (Try Swerve brand)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1-2 large egg whites * See notes
1/2 cup keto chocolate chips (Try Lily’s Brand)
For the vegan (eggless) option
1 1/2 cups mashed bananas Approximately 3-4 medium sized bananas
1/2 cup almond butter can sub for any smooth nut or seed butter of choice
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup chocolate chips of choice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, sift your powdered sugar, salt, and cocoa powder. Mix well until combined.
Add your egg white and mix very well, until combined and smooth. If the batter is too thick, add an extra egg white. If the batter becomes too thin, add extra powdered sugar. Fold through your chocolate chips.
Pour spoonfuls of cookie dough batter on the lined tray, 2-3 cm apart. Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges go slightly crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the pan completely.
For the vegan (eggless) option
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Add all your ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, in a blender. Blend until smooth and combined. Fold in your chocolate chips.
Drop cookie dough on the lined pan and bake for 8-12 minutes, or until your desired texture is achieved.
Allow cookies to cool on the pan completely.
Notes * Start with 1 egg white, and only add a second if the batter is too thick. Healthy Flourless Brownie Cookies (Keto, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten Free) can keep at room temperature, in a sealed container, for up to 1 week. Cookies are freezer friendly and can be kept frozen for up to 2 months.
